Privacy information

This notice describes the ImpactBid product website and explains the data used by the app’s development preview. ImpactBid is still in development and is not yet publicly available in the App Store.

Visiting this website

This website provides product information and private proposal links. It has no account registration, payment checkout or project upload form. We have not added advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The hosting service may process connection information such as your IP address, browser information and request logs to deliver and protect the website.

Reviewing and signing a proposal

A private proposal link gives access to a specific proposal and its PDF. Anyone who has the link can view that proposal, so share it carefully. If you choose to sign, we store your typed name, acceptance statement, signing time, document version and document fingerprint, browser user-agent information and a hash of the reported IP address. These records help associate your acceptance with the proposal you reviewed. Your contractor can see the approval record. Proposal information is processed by the ImpactBid backend hosted on Supabase.

Contacting us

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond to your request. Please do not send payment card details, passwords or sensitive customer records by email.

Using the development preview

The app can process information you provide, including your account and business details, client contact information, project notes, audio recordings, photographs, uploaded documents, bids, invoices and saved preferences. Some project information is stored on your device and synchronized with hosted services.

Project content used for AI features is sent to external services for transcription, image interpretation and draft preparation. Current development services include Supabase for authentication, storage and database functions; OpenAI and Anthropic for AI processing; and Resend or Twilio for email or text delivery when configured. RevenueCat supports app subscription management. Stripe Connect integration for optional contractor invoice payments is planned.

Do not record a conversation without the participants’ agreement. Only upload information you are authorized to share. AI outputs should be checked before they are used or sent to a customer.

Your choices and requests

You can control camera, microphone, contacts and photo access through your device settings. Contact us with questions about information you have provided, or to request access, correction or deletion. We may need to verify your identity and the information involved before handling a request.

Retention settings and account deletion workflows for the public app are still being finalized. This notice does not promise an automatic deletion schedule. A launch policy reflecting the released service will be provided before public availability.
